Neither installer is code signed yet. Windows shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" panel on first run: click More info, then Run anyway.
On macOS, drag Inspire to Applications and open it once. macOS says it can't check the app for malicious software, because Inspire isn't notarised by Apple yet. Click Done, then go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to Inspire. You only do this once.
Clicking a download logs one anonymous count. Nothing else, no cookie, no identifier.
